'Customized' often means that the selected materials are sturdier and more durable than those of series-built products. Another advantage is that additional protective coatings can be applied to these materials.
But customized can also mean that non-essential and fragile electronic components are replaced with sturdier standard control components, mechanical components or PLC control technology that the customer is more familiar with.

Customized can mean full customization, but also that a standard unit is adapted by improving or replacing certain components in order to offer a solution which is more suited to the customer's needs. It is our experience that the additional cost of customization in tough environments has a very short pay-back period thanks to the longer life of the installation, easier maintenance and greater operational safety: the use of standard components causes the repair times to be very short and most issues can simply be solved on the spot.
